These layers of the self may lack balance, resulting in stressful symptoms. Emotional and physical stress are reflecting the need for new information and integration of new skills.

The new century has brought a new field of Neuroscience integrated into Psychotherapy. A fulfilled life rest on the integration of emotional, mental and body intelligences. These layers can be dis-regulated through chronic stress, trauma and illness. This dis-regulation often manifest in psychological dis-regulation. Well-being comes when mental, emotional and physical skills are acquired. We all require new skills as we live through the various stages of life.
I have worked in the psychology field for four decades. I find this time in history to offer the most profound opportunity for integrating and transforming personal potential.
A new integration of skills now exist, moving far beyond the separate theoretical frameworks of the historic medical models.

This supports each person in mentoring and acquiring new skills.
Learning the skills to balance the mind, body and emotions will enhance personal development and balance the stress experienced in relationships.
I work in supporting individuals and couples through mentoring these skills. What influences these skills is our family history, where the first skills were imprinted. Each person comes with subconscious programs. Learning the skills to assess and evaluate this programs is central to building new systems.
